Please mark your calendar for our next PAST Tool Collectors meeting. It is scheduled for
Saturday, September 21st, 2024. The venue is:

The meeting will start at 8 a.m. and will run through about 12:30 p.m.
Attached, please find the Pre-Reservation form to reserve your attendance, book a sales table, or
have any questions/issues surrounding the event. We are trying to get a head count for attendees
and trade tables, so please email back your attendance decision as soon as possible. All attendees
are $15 each (includes a pizza lunch) and trade tables are $20 each. You may respond to the
address on the form.
We are continually trying to update our database and streamline our invitations for future shows,
especially since we rely on email addresses these days. You may contact Board member Ken
Greenberg (ken@pasttools.org) if there are any updates to your contact information, as he
oversees our member databases (and website).
We are encouraging everyone to reach out to their tool friends and see if they might like to come
and join our organization. Annual dues are only $25, and first-time guests receive their first
event for free (i.e. save on the $15 event fee). All event attendees must be members.
If you would like, you may email their contact information to either of us, and we will send them
a formal invitation and/or answer any questions they may have.
If you can help out at this meeting (i.e. front desk, coffee/bagels, or lunch help) or are desirous of
our assistance to set-up future tool auctions at other NorCal venues, please contact
