  • Your help needed to setup the tables beginning at 7:00AM and break down the tables beginning at 12 noon and help in directing people unloading/loading tools they bring. Please Contact Jeff Carmean if you are willing to help at (303) 523-5111 or jncarmean@yahoo.com​

  • Unloading/loading is thru the side loading area – see site diagram.

  • Access by those sellers with tables at 7:30 AM or when all tables have been set up. ALL OTHERS can come in and register at 8:00AM Please respect these times.

  • Tables available first registered, first served. We have 30 tables. If less than 30 people request a table, the first person registered can get a second table and so on. See table registration form below.

Schedule:

7:30- open to sellers with tables only

8:00- Registration Opens – Buying/Selling/Trading

(Tool Trading- Lively Discussion - Coffee, Donuts, Soft Drinks)

9:45- Business Meeting - Will include a discussion about potential venues for future events

10:00 -11:00- Program – Your Chance to Show & Tell

11:00 - 12:00 More Tool trading

12:00- Adjourn - Lunch is on your own
